By accessing and using our photography studio services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking and using our facilities.
1. Studio Rental
Revelator Studio provides professional photographers, videographers, and creative individuals with access to our stunning studio space. Studio rental rates and availability can be found on our website or by contacting our team directly. We are currently a members-only studio.
2. Booking and Payment
To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the commencement of your rental period. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during the booking process. Please note that failure to make payment on time may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
3. Studio Usage
Revelator Studio provides a flexible and creative space for a variety of projects. We welcome photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals to utilize our studio for their artistic endeavors, including photography shoots, video productions, and podcast recordings. However, please be mindful that the use of our space is subject to the following guidelines:
- Respect the property and equipment within the studio premises.
- Abide by any additional rules and regulations provided by the studio staff.
- Leave the studio in the same condition as when you arrived, including cleaning up after your session.
- Any damage caused to the studio or equipment during your rental period may result in additional charges.
4. Liability
While Revelator Studio takes great care to maintain a safe and secure environment, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or equipment during your rental period. By using our studio facilities, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with your activities.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Members can cancel and reschedule as per our membership rules.
6. Photography and Video Releases
Revelator Studio reserves the right to capture photographs or videos of the studio premises and activities for promotional purposes. By using our photography studio services, you grant us the right to use such media on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials. If you do not wish to be featured in our promotional materials, please inform us in writing.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes or legal actions arising from the use of our photography studio services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Shreveport, Louisiana.

- Membership Terms
Our Quarterly Studio Membership requires a commitment of 3 months, at a monthly fee of $299 Payment is due on a monthly basis, and you authorize us to charge your credit card or other payment methods on file for the duration of your membership. Please note that NO refunds or cancellations are permitted before the 3-month commitment is fulfilled. - Membership Obligations
As a Studio Member, you agree to abide by the following obligations:
Respect the property and equipment within our studio premises
Follow all safety guidelines and rules provided by our team
Notify us of any changes in your contact or payment information
Do not allow non-members to access the studio without prior authorization from us.
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the termination of your Studio Membership without refund or compensation.
- Membership Renewal
At the end of the 3-month membership period, you will have the option to renew your Studio Membership with us, at the then-current monthly fee. If you choose not to renew, your membership benefits will expire, and you will no longer have access to the studio or its features.
